Commission Procedures

1. Contact me at my social media (Twitter / Instagram : @landacdeus)
(Discord: Landacdeus)2. Provide me with your commission brief, references and/or character design.
I will reply with whether I can accept or cannot accept your commission depending on the brief.3. Full payment upfront after you approve the Sketch; for me to continue working on the lineart, coloring, to finishing.4. You can see the progress for your commission in my Trello, in the form of label.
But feel free to chat me and ask for preview of the drawing for the progress!5. Estimated time to finish the commission is: around 7 days after the date you give me full payment.
Might take longer if I have IRL matters to attend to, I will notify you about it if there are any.-*If you want to see where you are at the queue or waiting list, you can also go to my Trello!

Terms of Service

Commission Usage, Credit and Rights :

1. Please do not use any of my art for NFT or AI.
The commissioned art is for personal use only.
If you would like to make money using your commissioned art from me, please apply for the commercial slot.2. About Personal Use and Commercial Use
Commissions for Commercial use will be charged 2x.Commercial Use example:
- Illustration for monetized cover songs,
- Character / background / assets for your stream / game
- Physical / digital merchandises that you would like to sell,
- Membership / any exclusive content,
- etc.Personal / Non-Commercial example:
- Social media public post / icon / banner
- Thumbnail usage for streams / clips
- Weekly schedule post,
- etc.Feel free to ask if you're unsure!3. Owner / commissioner may post the art in their social media.
If you would, please credit me as the artist, it helps me very much! ٩(◕‿◕｡)۶
You can also request me posting it in my social media and mentioning your name as the client. (You can decline if you'd like to stay private / keep the commission private)4. If you are not the commissioner of the artwork, please refrain from using, editing or changing the artwork. It's better to ask first for permissions.5. Reselling personal commission is strictly prohibited except for those who pays the commercial use rights.
Please do not edit my artworks inappropriately.
Selling, sharing, editing or feeding as NFT / AI and/or the likes is not allowed.
All of this applies to any one of my artworks.6. The commission result will be posted in my social media and portfolio, unless you told me not to.7. Vtubers / streamers / etc can use their respective fanart commission for their schedule or stream thumbnails.
Unless the commissioner decided to keep it private.8. You can ask so that your name doesn't appear in my Trello list.
Or ask to change it to show something else as the client name.

Commission Process :

0.) I reserve the right to decline a commission.
The reason could be it's something I'm not comfortable drawing, or I'm not sure I can finish the commission.1.) Full payment will be done after the sketch is done and approved. Cancelling will only be available during the sketch stage, before payment is done.2.) For International payment (USD), I prefer to use Wise because it cuts less on tax and other stuff. It's also easier for me to take the money from Wise rather than from PayPal that required me to use a third party service to take the money.
But I'm open to use PayPal if you really don't want to use Wise for payment method.
Meanwhile Indonesian payment (IDR) can use local bank as usual. You'll be transferring to BCA bank.3.) Estimated time for completion is 1 week after payment. Estimated time might change depending on the Waiting List or if I have IRL matters to attend to.4.) Maximum of 3 revisions is available during sketch stage.
Once the artwork is fully rendered, only minor revisions are allowed (maximum 2 times).5.) Adding alterations will be charged for each alterations. Price depending on the difficulties.Alterations can be:
- alternate face expressions,
- alternate color scheme / lightings,
- alternate costume,
- alternate pose
- etc
(Small changes. If big / too many changes then will be considered a new commission)6.) About queue : I will do the Commissions sketch based on who's ordering first. Then will move on to rendering based on who have paid first.7.) The final result will be sent via a gdrive link, containing PNG and/or JPEG files. Please download and save the file to your own storage immediately, as it might get deleted from my gdrive.

Dakimakura Commission Pricelist (Personal):

Explanation for the Types!1 Side Type:
You can get 1 fullbody Dakimakura-style artwork for one-sided Dakimakura. With the other side being a blank white.2 Side Alt Version:
You can get 1 fullbody Dakimakura-style artwork for one side. The other side will be the same character with some small alteration in the design.
The alt / changes example can be: expression / color / add accessories / small pose or costume change2 Side Full Version:
You can get 2 fullbody Dakimakura-style artwork, one for each side of the Dakimakura. The other side is freely customizable in this version. You can request for a whole different pose / costume, or even a different character.

This is for those who wanted to request a personal Dakimakura art commission. Note that you'll only get the digital artwork from this Commission, not including the printed Dakimakura.
You can print this for yourself (personal). But if you plan to print and sell the dakimakura, please ask for Commercial Use.
